We had a lovely stay but the cleaniness and 2 broken showers lets us down.
Its a lovely property and is very comfortable with most things you would need for a home from home stay.
The house hadn't been cleaned properly, there was lotsof dirt and dust under the sofas and behind TV etc. We had a small child with us who is doing a lot of crawling and her clothes were very dirty after being on the floors for a short while. The day before we were due to arrive we were told that two of the ensuite showers were broken (there were 9 of us in the group) but we could use the master bedroom shower. The first use caused a flood in the bathroom and there was water everywhere. The drain was so blocked and dirty my husband had to open it and clean it so we could clear up all the water and use the shower for the rest of our stay. I have raised a complaint with the owners and booking.com but have been refused any compensation.

Good for adults- not sure about family stays
Great location- spacious bedrooms
Advertised as having a private entrance- it’s not ..! it’s shared,with the apartment outside the back door - so pot luck who your sharing the outdoor space with -felt we couldn’t leave the kids roam free or close the gates that lead onto a busy road -no outdoor seating .? ..
