Nigdy już nie wynajmę noclegu w tym miejscu.
Wystrój mieszkania i lokalizacja
To że obiekt oferuje parking, którego nie ma. Podczas rezerwacji była informacja że parking można zarezerwować za kwotę 40 zł/doba. Po opłaceniu noclegu bo bez tego nie mogłam zarezerwować, chcąc zarezerwować parking otrzymała informację, że to mieszkanie nie ma i nie miało nigdy przypisanego parkingu. Więc chciałam anulować rezerwację bezpłatnie, to otrzymałam odpowiedź Pani że nie ma takiej opcji, a na pytanie co mam teraz zrobić z samochodem powiedziała, że cytuje „mam sobie szukać pod blokiem”, a chciałabym nadmienić że jechałam z niepełnosprawnym tatą i 2 letnia córką. Obsługa wyjątkowo niemiła i opryskliwa, odkładająca słuchawek przed końcem rozmowy. Kaucja z którą się pierwszy raz spotkałam podczas wynajmu krótkoterminowego zwrócona mi została dopiero po prawie 2 tygodniach i interwencjach. Pomijam już jakieś podpisywanie umów. Plus taki że teraz bardzo dokładnie i wnikliwie będę czytała informacje na stronie rezerwacji zanim wynajmuje kolejny nocleg gdziekolwiek.

Generalnie apartament ok, ale nie po drodze mi z operatorem. Brak elastyczności i ta aplikacja:/
Dobra lokalizacja, przestrzeń i wyposazenie. Miejsce w garażu podziemnym.
Brak możliwości wcześniejszego zameldowania a później wymeldowania. Pomimo rezerwacji przez booking dodatkowe formalności bez aplikację obiektu. Do tego długo zablokowane środki na karcie.
