  Great location for easy access to Rome.

  The huge balcony and the sea view were exceptional! Though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was very well equipped and loved the fact there was a washing machine. There was good WiFi connectivity throughout the apartment and the AC was a Godsend in the heat!

  I'll be back

  We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment in Ostia, and I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. The layout of the space, the views, and the impeccable taste in decoration all combined to make us feel incredibly welcome. From the initial booking process to our departure, we had an outstanding experience. Flavia's attentive and thoughtful service provided us with a sense of security throughout our stay. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, with a clear attention to detail and a passion for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.   Perfect sea view apartment with large terrace a short walk away from direct trains to central Rome

  The host contacted me directly via whatsapp and shared all the details on how to enter the property and collect the keys. All in one document with an easy to follow guide that I could refer back to. Comfortable bed in the double room Spacious sofa bed in the lounge Fast wifi Coffee shops, supermarkets and public transport on your doorstep Host always available for advice and recommendations

  The bath is very narrow and the plumbing isn't great so the bath will fill up when having a shower. As long as you are aware of this it's no big deal. If you want a lie in longer than 8am just be aware there is construction going on at the beach so sensitive sleepers may hear it. It did not bother us at all.
