    Outstanding Service and a Great Apartment

    We spent eight nights in San Sebastián/Donostia and we liked the apartment – it was clean, safe, in a good location, near restaurants, etc. About halfway through our stay, the refrigerator in our apartment stopped working. I emailed Juan after 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday evening. Juan responded shortly thereafter and said they would have to look at the refrigerator the next day (which was a holiday in Spain). They were not able to fix the refrigerator, so they relocated us. The new apartment was very nice and we appreciate their quick response – super great customer service!

    Great location, close to Beach and walking distance to almost everywhere. Nice apartment . Juan was a great host and very helpful.
