    Sind mit ddem 14tägigen Urlaub

    die Zweckmässigkeit, die Ausstattung und die Hilfsbereit bei Rückfragen der sachgerechten Nutzung des Backofens. genug Staumöglichkeiten für die Garderobe., vorhandener Aufzug. Kurze Wege zu den Tramlinien und der U-Bahn sowie gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

    Eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeiten bedingt durch die Bedingungen durch die Stadt Wien.

    Schlechter Service von Arbio und ungepflegte Unterkunft

    Gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, bis zur Innenstadt und Donau ist man aber bis zu einer Stunde unterwegs.

    Check-In hat nicht sofort geklappt, schlechte Beschreibung von Arbio um an den Haustürschlüssel zu kommen und am Telefon konnte man uns auch nicht gleich helfen. Wir konnten leider auch nicht früher in die Wohnung, obwohl die Wohnung am Vortag schon gereinigt wurde. Das Arbio Team hat uns angelogen und nicht informiert. Die Wohnung ist in keinem guten Zustand und absolut nicht gepflegt und sauber! Das Waschbecken war verstopftet, es war kaum zu benutzen. Wir haben Arbio gleich informiert aber auch nach 10 Tagen hat sich keiner gemeldet und das Problem wurde nicht gelöst. Wir können weder die Unterkunft noch Arbio weiter empfehlen.

    Yes, good but no good finding your key box and your room.

    Clean and quiet

    The key box is on the different floor from the room floor. You need to carry your language till you reach your room. So unkind procedure the owner is imposing you.
