    Great location

    The location is amazing! It is easy to access most of the city and has a lot of places to eat and shop. In addition, we were able to come and go as we pleased.

    The bathroom had a pump that made a lot of noise when any water was running.

    Completely misrepresented, run-down and lacking privacy and security — I felt uncomfortable

    The property has been completely misrepresented in the advertisement. It is described as a “suite”, when in reality it is simply a room inside an old and very run-down apartment. Had the property been advertised accurately, I would never have booked it. Most concerning is the complete lack of privacy and security. The only thing separating my room from the rest of the apartment is a very old internal door. There is no proper soundproofing, no real privacy, and I did not feel secure or comfortable staying there. The overall condition and atmosphere of the apartment made me feel extremely uneasy and unsafe. I would absolutely not allow a female member of my team or a member of my family to stay there alone. This is not simply a case of the accommodation not meeting my expectations. The description and photographs give a completely misleading impression of the property and do not represent what you actually receive when you arrive. I booked and paid for accommodation based on the way it was advertised. What was provided was materially different. I therefore believe this complaint should be taken seriously and that a full refund is justified.

    I did not like anything about it, even the external shutters are broken...
