    Not great as couldn’t access the property

    Didn’t get to use the property as staff didn’t leave us keys as advised to be let into the property so we had to go home. However staff did give us a full refund, which I was grateful for

    Staff didn’t leave keys out so we couldn’t not get into the property and we could not get hold of anyone via phone email or social media. We left after an hour and had to go home and not have a mini break

    Wedding anniversary vibes...

    EVERYTHING! Comfortable bed, clean, decor pleasing. Lovely outside eating space. The hot tub was clean, private and relaxing. The lake fountain was a bonus. Our own parking space outside Otters lodge 2 as are all lodges. Good water pressure in the shower. We had everything needed. A fan and dustpan and brush would be good. Friendly quiet site. Takeaway delivery. Pub and Shops nearby. We literally cannot fault it. We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our wedding anniversary here. We can't wait to return. Thank you to the staff who make this place so inviting and welcoming.

    Lovely peaceful break with my dogs

    It was quiet in a lovely location and pet friendly

    It didn’t have a gate to stop my dogs getting to the pond
