    Overpriced, dirty rooms and poor service

    The overall layout of the hotel is nice but could be optimized. Dinner in the restaurant is good, the food from the kitchen is fresh and good quality. Service at dinner depends on the staff on duty, Fernando is excellent, competent and very friendly.

    The rooms are bad, uncomfortable and have no space for clothing. A simple room would be okay, but these rooms are so basic, with broken furniture and uninviting. They are dark due to poor lighting, and the walls partly broken. No amenities in the room at all. The worst was that the rooms were really dirty and filthy. It was shock to have a look into any corner of the room. The shower drain was terribly dirty as well. This is not due to the dust of the desert but a lack of proper cleaning of the room over a long period of time. The breakfast was also very uninspired, and the service was poor. Staff at reception are clueless and not very helpful; apparently they can communicate with other departments of the hotel. It was a challenge just to get an additional glass for the room. Absolutely overpriced for what is offered

    Um pequeno oásis no deserto, com uma equipe de funcionários nota dez!

    A propriedade fica a uma caminhada de pouco mais de 10 minutos da Rua Caracoles. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, especialmente o Luis Fernando no restaurante e o Mauro, na recepção. Nos dias em que há necessidade de sair para passeios antes do horário do café da manhã, fornecem uma caixa com alguns itens sem custo para ser levado.

    The set up

    Rooms not nicely done. Very dark, Not enough facility, dirty and worn out with the time.

    Wonderful oasis to relax and unwind after your desert adventures

    Beautiful lodge - loved the feel and decor. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly - were given restaurant tips and advice about the trips we did. In particular one staff member on duty over night that helped us liaise with the car hire company after we got a puncture. She was incredible , so helpful and save the day. Was close enough into town to walk if you wanted. Also close to some attractions. We organised our own trips but have an in house company who can arrange for you.
