Havre de paix en symbiose avec la nature
Lieu calme, paisible, en symbiose avec la nature. La proximité avec le lagon et la vue à couper le souffle. La chambre atypique et très jolie qui se fond dans le paysage. Douche extérieure agréable avec de la pression. Personnel aux petits soins (mention spéciale pour Omar et Marcelino qui étaient très agréables et souriants). L’hôtel propose des activités (yoga, pilâtes, méditation, soirée musique lounge…) et nous a même permis de suivre les matchs de coupe du monde sur place. Paddle à disposition et gratuits.
La possibilité d’éclairer davantage la chambre et d’avoir + de rangements serait la bienvenue. Le réceptionniste n’était pas très souriant. Peu de choix « sucré » pour le petit-déjeuner.

Would definitely stay again!!
The vibe, the staff, the views… the center of the hotel has a beautiful creek surrounded by vegetation. Bacalar is like a 15 minute drive and the rapids was even less so close to all.
The food was ok very beautiful but I prefer street food

Fantasztikus a hely hangulata. A személyzet segítőkész, barátságos, mindig kedves és mindent megtesz, hogy jól érezze magát a vendég.
Sajnos csak 2 teljes napot töltöttem ott, így a környék felfedezése kimaradt.
