A disappointing stay at a condo on the beach which despite its superb location was sadly not clean and well maintained.
The location - it was right on the broad walk to the beach
It was dirty - there were cockroaches in the kitchen, the sheets may have been clean but were stained , the shower glass was broken and the bathroom did not ventilate well at all. The parking was small and difficult to get into

Really was a happy place for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a restful evening
We had such a wonderful stay at Our Happy Place in Umhlanga, Durban — and it truly lived up to its name! ❤️ The location was absolutely perfect for us, and the place itself was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the convenience of being so close to everything while still having a lovely, peaceful place to come back to.
Our only suggestion would be to advertise the name of the complex more clearly. We were specifically looking for “Our Happy Place” when trying to find the location, and knowing the complex name would have made it much easier to find.

Top locatie met prachtig uitzicht
Het uitzicht en de ruimte binnen het appartement. Twee badkamers! Vanuit twee slaapkamers en de woonkamer zicht op de oceaan. Beter wakker worden kan niet! Het brede balkon. Goed voorzien van alles, bijvoorbeeld een airfryer, magnetron en oven. Het beddengoed is uitzonderlijk goed, heel zacht.
Het warm water is beperkt maar het bad achter de mastersuite is heel groot. Helaas lukt het dan niet om dat grote bad ook met echt lekker warm water te vullen. Je moet zuinig met het warme water omgaan, zeker als je ook nog je haren moet wassen.
