    Perfect location, 2 min by car from the beach, 8 min by car from the city centre, nice restaurants and bars in walking distance, supermarket in very close walking distance. Huge living room, well equipped, nice functional kitchen area;

    Matrimonial bed room well equipped, but small and difficult to get well-ventilated; children's bed room well equipped, ventilated, air-conditioned, plenty of natural light; Bathroom huge, well equipped, but not-well ventilated.
