    Lovely quiet comfortable time

    After a crazy start (we were at the wrong property) we found it and was pleasantly surprised it was lovely, cosy and was equipped with everything you could wish for

    Only an observation on our part it really needs some form of handrail to get out of the bath/shower as I actually slipped on exit

    Excellent stay in a comfortable and clean property.

    Excellent location for exploring Brixham. Very clean and well appointed. Nice touches like milk in the fridge and toiletries and a few treats.

    Lovely

    We enjoyed the location and the feel of the apartment, it was ok for what we needed, kitchen worked and bathroom was adequate. Mia was lovely and accommodating and the welcome snacks and milk and tea coffee already stocked was a lovely touch and really appreciated by us

    The rooms are small which is shown in the photos. However, I do feel in the bigger bedroom a normal divan bed with a new mattress would be better as the current bedframe edges lessen the small amount of room to get in and out of the bed. The sofa could do with being changed along with the fridge, shelves are missing and the veg tray is cracked.

    Great location and well equipped accommodation.

    Scaffolding in front of windows was a bit disappointing and struggled with locks on occasions
