    Incredibly well situated, right between Termini Station and the Colosseum. The flat had everything we needed, Claus and Roberta were really helpful. Thank you for a perfect stay!

    Big spacious apartment and you can't beat the location!

    The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The location was excellent, very close to the metro, supermarkets, restaurants and the Colosseum, which made it really easy to get around and explore Rome.

    The only reason I can’t give this accommodation a perfect 10 is that the bathroom, particularly the shower, really needs an upgrade. I had read previous reviews mentioning the inconsistent water temperature and unfortunately, this was true in our experience. The water alternated between extremely hot and unbearably cold every 10 seconds or so. At times, the hot water was genuinely scalding and felt unsafe, while the cold water was particularly unpleasant after a long day of walking around Rome, when all you want is a relaxing, warm shower. This also meant that showering took much longer than necessary. The shower curtain was another issue, as it was hung on a line rather than a proper shower rail, making it difficult to cover the bathtub adequately. These issues were a real shame because everything else about the accommodation was great. If the owner could address these concerns and upgrade the shower, it would have been a perfect stay!

    The best!

    The location was excellent, a proper taste of Italy. The only downside was storage for 4 people clothes etc wasn't ideal but that I am not complaining as it was a small thing considering everything else was perfect. You can reach the main attractions within 30 minutes. It is only a 10 minute walk from the train/bus station. Claus was very responsive.

    More clothes storage would have been better and the shower wasn't the best, it was hot one minute, cold the next and not much power to it.
