Pool heating is optional and costs 250,00€ per week, paid in cash on arrival. Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on. The pool heating will be set at 25ºC, but the pool water temperature will vary according to time of day, prevailing weather and whether the swimming pool cover is kept on when the pool is not in use. Please note that 2 guests will sleep in roll-away beds in the mezzanine.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Vi hade en jättefin vistelse trots vissa problem. Our Madeira svarade alltid snabbt och bra.

    Underbart läge vid återvändsgata och fri utsikt över stad och hav. Pool-terassen var suverän. Uteplatsen vid köket var mycket bra liksom lounge-gruppen under tak i morgonsol. Bra hus med flera bra sociala utrymmen och ett OK kök. Fyra bra sovrum, alla med balkong med havsutsikt.

    Stora problem med varmvatten och pool-värme då säkringarna gick flera gånger per dygn. Uppenbart någon överbelastning i el-systemet. Tidvis stora problem med vattentryck så att det inte gick att duscha. Detta försvann efter att värden skickat någon servicetekniker en av de sista dagarna. Extrasängarna var stenhårda och inte ens våra 7- och 9-åriga barn klarade av att sova på dem så vi fick köpa extra madrasser första dagen. Mera rättvisande att ha 10 sovplatser som max. Femte rummet i källaren var OK även om fönstren där var ut till biljardrummet och helt utan utsikt. Det fungerade dock bra för att sova i. Uppfarten lite trång precis vid infarten och grinden stängdes en gång innan vi hann ut helt med bilen. När man lärt sig hur man skulle positionera bilen innan man öppnade grinden så gick det bra.

    Excellent, haut de gamme, idéalement placé mais bruit de l’autoroute

    Les équipements très complets, le mobilier, l’amabilité du personnel à l’arrivée et au départ, les précisions sur le séjour, le professionnalisme La piscine Le barbecue, la terrasse La salle de jeux Les espaces généreux La construction, l’architecture et les agencements typiquement locaux

    La cinquième chambre sans fenêtre avec le bruit de la pompe à chaleur, en fait 4 vraies chambres mais pas cinq. Le bruit de l’autoroute en contre-bas La couverture de la piscine qui part un peu en lambeaux
