The best place to stay if you are a digital nomad
My boyfriend and I had the best time staying at Outpost Ubud Penestanan. We are both digital nomads, so Outpost was a perfect combo: a great comfortable accommodation with a beautiful pool, and the kindest staff who got us anything that we needed. Plus, a co-working space (all in the same building!) that allows us to focus on work, with good WiFi and a quiet area. The common areas are also great places to get work done and relax. If all of this wasn't enough, they also have the best community (a WhatsApp community that helps connect with the other members), and Judith (the community manager) was incredibly kind and so helpful in involving us in all the activities. Every day they were events we could join to meet like-minded people or to get to know Ubud and Balinese culture. Judith was so helpful in reminding us every day of what kind of events they had and helped us with any sign-up processes and other tips. We will definitely be staying in Outpost again!
The only thing I can say is I wasn't expecting to have to pay for the co-working area's WiFi while I was already staying at the Outpost. They charge 4 USD per day for you to have access to the WiFi in the co-working area. It wasn't a big deal, and they were extremely kind explaining this at check-in, but I would rather this be included in the overall price of the accommodation (even if this one had to be slightly higher). Nevertheless, this didn't harm my time there in any way, and I would still 10/10 recommend staying here for any digital nomad. :)

Great week
The coliving space was clean, organised, nice and inclusive. Judith the community manager made sure everyone felt welcome and set up events to easily connect and make friends.

I had booked my stay the same day I arrived. I thought it would be just for a while but I extended by 8 nights because I liked it so much. The place has a stunning architecture, and with trees inside it doesn’t really feel like a hotel. The rooms and beds were very comfy and kept very clean. At some point I stopped using the safety box for my belongings because it felt like home and family. Each and every staff member was always super friendly, helpful, professional and fun to talk to. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Erin, Leni, Trisna, Maha,Made and Artika as well as the housekeeping personnell for all their smiles. I had a time of my life! An unexpected add-on to my “workation” was the Outpost community of digital nomads with many interesting stories to tell. I will be back!

I had booked my stay the same day I arrived. I thought it would be just for a while but I extended my stay by 8 nights because I liked it so much. Very friendly, fun to talk to, always smiling staff, comfy bed, awesome architecture and a swimming pool that, for some reason, nobody used. An unexpected add-on to my “workation” was the Oupost community of digital nomads with very interesting stories to tell.
