    A let down

    Modern fixtures & fittings Cleaner who turned out in the evening for us was very friendly & helpful, otherwise would not have stayed.

    No. 1 point: the house was NOT cleaned or prepared prior to arrival, despite us receiving confirmation and multiple welcome messages. Not great for parking . The automated messages obviously of no help seeing as no-one seemed to know of our arrival. Other poor maintenance issues such as shower control very stiff, unmanageable. Glass bedside table badly cracked

    The location was perfect for what we needed

    The bed is unfortunately extremely uncomfortable with a super soft sagging mattress that sinks into the metal frame. Your legs get caught on the metal frame getting in or out of the bed. Not pregnant friendly at all or good if you have a bad back. This made it really difficult for either of us to get any sleep. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet and doesn't cover the toilet rim which felt a bit unhygienic Booklet explaining the houses facilities like fireplace, shower etc would've been helpful!

    Clean and friendly, comfortable, well equipped, Everything we needed, shops, pharmacies, was easily accessible.

    There was no such thing.
