Disappointing. Won't be back.
Interior design and fit out of the building. Large comfortable king bed.
Furniture in the room was dusty. Bed was made very messily. Room key didn't work for elevator, went back to get it fixed, still didn't work, went back again and finally got a key that worked. No one picked up the phone numerous times when calling reception from our room. Paid hundreds of dollars for our stay but somehow still not eligible for happy hour. No one asked how our stay was, there were hardly any staff around. Air conditioning basically didn't work, rooms were stuffy. Parking - was given the option of $40 a night with the hotel although parking in the underground carpark was cheaper at $35. There was also street parking available. We figured this out ourselves, staff were completely unhelpful/uncaring about parking even though you would think at a 5 star hotel it would be included or staff would at least inform us of options. We ate at the restaurant a few times and sat at the same table. Old chips from the night before were on the floor squashed into the carpet. These chips stayed there for 3 days.
