Estancia agradable
La ubicación es buena. La casa cuenta con 3 baños para 4 habitaciones, una distribución muy cómoda y funcional. Las fotos no hacen justicia a lo bonita que es realmente la casa, ni al jardín y al porche, que en persona son aún más bonitas. Como viajábamos con 2 niños, la mesa de pin pon fue todo un plus. La casa está equipada funcional. A nuestra llegada nos encontramos con una cesta con varios productos de bienvenida y, además, una caja de galletas aptas para celíacos, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo, ya que una de las personas del grupo lo era.
La casa presenta problemas de humedad, al menos durante la época en la que nos alojamos (fin de año). El ruido de la estufa de pellets resulta algo molesto, especialmente si se quiere ver la televisión. También echamos en falta un calentador de aire en el tercer baño y gel de ducha. Por último, la cafetera italiana no funcionaba correctamente. Unas copas de vino también nos hubiera gustado tener. Durante nuestra estancia de 4 días se nos fue 2 veces la luz, pero pudimos comunicar enseguida con la agencia y ellos con la propietaria y daban solución rápida, pero encontramos la forma de arreglarlo por nuestra cuenta.

Lage des Grundstückes
In der Küche war nichts an täglichen Bedarfssachen (Salz, Pfeffer etc..) vorhanden. Diese befanden sich in einem einsehbaren abgeschlossenen Raum. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteitl das dieser Raum den Besitzern gehört. Wir kennen es eigentlich so das zumindest Gewürze, Öle etc.. von den Vormietern verbleiben damit nicht jeder alles neu kaufen muss un es wenige male zu verwenden. Töpfe, Pfannen und Bestecke sind stark abgenutzt. Messer dürfen sich nicht mehr so nennen. In den Schlafzimmerschränken gibt es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Klamotten. In einem nicht mal einen Schrank.

great villa to stay and relax or go out and enjoy the area
Overall, a great villa to stay in for six of us. The location was excellent to visit the towns and beaches nearby. Just a short drive to many great places. Villa was clean and the air con worked well in the rooms during the allocated times it was on. Pool area was great. Hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp and kindly let us have late check out. There was also a very sweet neighbourhood cat that liked to sit with us, and she was one of the best parts of the villa :)
A few minor things like we had to go out and buy toilet roll because there were only a few rolls in the whole place for six people. It would have been nice to be provided some coal and fire starters for the bbq as it took us awhile to find some for sale.
