    Wonderful cottage, very comfortable and hope to return again.

    The property was easily accessible, parking space included, kitchen well stocked with everything needed and a cake and milk was provided as a welcome. Beds were Superking and very comfortable. Towels provided. The owner contacted me before the rental and provided excellent details to find the accommodation and keys etc. Heating was good. The decor was suberb with lovely pictures and artifacts to give the cottage a real artisan feel. Congratulations to the owner for creating a welcoming lovely place.

    The only downside was the main bathroom did not have an enclosed shower.

    A beautiful cottage. Tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Great location for the coast and Walsingham.

    A wonderful weekend stay, exploring this area of Norfolk

    Lovely, quiet location. Pretty, clean and tidy cottage with decent size rooms. All facilities needed for a great self catering holiday provided. Nice local pub\ restaurant across the road. The cottage is conveniently located to explore North Norfolk coastal towns by car.

    Take care as step down into bedroom 2, is a fall hazard if you don't notice the step is there. There is no "mind step" warning.

    We wanted a cuppa, but no milk left in property. We were gasping! Also only 2 coffee pods were there and we were a group

    Good location. Beds and pillows very comfy

    The shower doors don’t close properly and basically the shower and tiles need upgrading. Cupboard under the sink and freezer needs a clean.
