Very disappointed.
Location and cleanliness.
No lift had to walk 7 flights of stairs as on top floor. My partner is over 70 years old and struggled. There was no city view as requested looked onto an office block. No possible city views because of location. Very naughty advertising city views. Very disappointed.

La ubicación, no hay ruidos, estaba limpio, lavadora con secadora ( llevar pastillas ). Estar entre las estaciones de metro de Oxford y picadilly. Volveríamos.
Hay que tener en cuenta que está en un cuarto sin ascensor, para nosotros no fue problema. El mobiliario habría que renovar algo. Toallas de baño pequeñas. Una ventana no cerraba.

Didn’t realise it was the top floor so many stairs to climb Beds abit too soft
