    The location of the flat is perfect. Very close to Christ Church and just outside of the congestion charge zone. Be careful, currently rules are changing again. Make sure to avoid charges! Parking at the flat is not possible for this flat, but unloading is possible without issue at the back of the house (dead end street). I parked the car after unloading on the park & ride place and traveled back with an e-scouter. The staff was quite helpful upfront to sort out the congestion charge zone/ parking issue. The two bedroomes upstairs are big enough, the bathroom suits it's needs, the second toilet downstairs is nice. The kitchen works, tea bags were available and dishwasher tabs as well.

    The fridge was not properly cleaned, the upstairs bathroom needs some home improvement, the towel rail radiator is rusty and should be replaced. Improving the fan with a humidity sensor should help to keep the bathroom dry. Since the downstairs toilet was renovated very nicely, the landlord seems to know how to do things right! The cealing spots have a very uncomfortable light colour and should be replaced with warm white led's. That will make the place a lot more cosy. A few more dishes would help and would reduce the need to run the dishwasher after every meal. Also the door in front of the laundry machine needs to be fixed and the second laundry machine should be removed from the living room.

    It was great for what we needed as a family - did the job.

    It was clean and well look after. Location was good. The instructions for finding it were very helpful.

    The pillows in the smaller double were so awful that it was impossible to get any sleep using them. Please buy some normal pillows.
