The food, location and amenities were good.

The service was aweful. We had to call multiple times for a single thing. Both days they seemed like they were short of staff. Nobody entertained us. We asked for a room upgade which they did not provide. Instead, when we said that we are leaving if we dont get an upgrade, they said you can cancel if you want to. Restaurant service was late. We asked for a regular Biryani, they gave us a Hyderbadi Biryani because it was already ready and prepared which still took 20 mins to reach the table. The overall service was very slow and not up to the mark. It was not value for money for sure.

    Great location and room

Great location, courteous and efficient staff, spacious room and good breakfast.

Should have provided hand towels and more hangers.
