    Overall, my stay was pleasant and I would stay at the Oxford again. The hotel has character.

    I was extremely unhappy with my initial room placement for multiple reasons. However, when I requested a change, after initial hesitation, the room was changed the following day. While it was a smaller room, I greatly appreciated the effort and it met my expectations.

    The lighting in the narrow hallways when exiting the elevator, especially late in the evening. My meetings all ended late every evening. The streets were poorly lit, but the hotel was easily identified. But, when exiting the elevator on the designated floor, the lighting was extremely poor, and a bit intimidating. The motion sensor lighting was not always operational.
