Reasonable hotel for short term visit to the area. Value for money is fair.

Location is good for connections to Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth areas. The room itself was pleasant although small. Quiet area meant that you can get a good night's sleep. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel so you can dine there without having to travel far. Parking behind the hotel was no problem.

Another great value stopover at the Oxgang Rooms.

Staff accommodating, friendly and helpful, comfy bed, decent shower, top curry, very dog friendly.

Just the bedside light which is so faint, you need the big light on all the time.
