  Very enjoyable as always but please, please fix the WiFi

  The Staff especially Manpreet and RK are fantastic. Location is great. Cleanliness is top notch. Facilities are good

  The WiFi especially in the rooms is terrible. I have stayed here several times and I love the staff, the location, the facilities but the situation with the WiFi is shockingly bad. The weird thing is it only affects laptops. If you are in the room your phone is ok. Sometimes you see a group of people sat at the table by reception and facing the pool because sometimes the WiFi works there on your laptop. I do a lot of work on the move and really cannot work from my phone. That is why overall I gave 8/10 instead of 10/10. I really hope someone reads this and does something about it as it is infuriating. It is a shamme because on everything else the staff, facilities, cleanliness and location is 10/10. I have spoke to several guests and they all said the same so I was sort of happy that it wasn't just me or a problem affecting just my laptop.

  Location was excellent - walking distance to Orchard Rd, and had a choice of a few MRT stations within walking distance. Air conditioning in the apartment was also great - kept the rooms very comfortable even though it was extremely hot & humid outside.

  The beds were very uncomfortable- felt like we were sleeping directly on timber.

  Highly recommend

  We were pleasantly surprised. The oxley is in a great location, beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and modern. We stayed in a studio room and again we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend the oxley and will be staying here again when we return to Singapore.

  Great size rooms, lovely gardens and pool area. Washing machine was handy.

  No tv in the bedroom. Some of the towels were worn out and really need replacing. Extra towels would be of benefit for use at pool etc.

  Fantastic value for families close to MRT and with a pool

  The staff were so lovely and helpful and we really enjoyed the facilities - swimming pool and gym. As a family staying for a week we found the washing machine and kitchen in our apartment so much better than being in a hotel and the rooms were large. Close to MRT which was great for the F1 weekend (10 minute walk and 4 train stops). Super clean and they also provided an air purifier in the room.

  It would have been helpful to know in advance that we needed a bond in cash not on card, and that it could be in our currency. Maybe it was communicated and we missed it though
