    Charming place

Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and traditionally furnished. I've been to the onsen a few times, and each time I went alone.

The onsen could use some renovations

    Okay

    The location

The stuff didn’t explain much about the facilities and how the concept of Onsen works. Especially if you are a foreigner and it is your first time, some explanation would have been helpful. I had to ask them all the time for different things.
