    I liked the excellent food, the friendly and helpful staff, and the overall great atmosphere. It was a really enjoyable night!

    The parking was difficult to find, and I had to park elsewhere and go in to ask for directions. I also struggled to get into the hotel and had to go to a different room. The cleanliness could also be improved, as the room could have been cleaned a little better. Was a few hairs about and on hair dryer and shower room could need a better clean.

    Nice hotel, handy for easy travel to NEC

    Pub with rooms. No noise problem. Private parking was very much appreciated. Booking-in process quick and easy. Rooms fairly plain and simple, but very clean and had all we needed. Pub clientele reflected area, not boutique hotel, but staff were lovely and helpful. Full restaurant facilities available but we didn't use them, so can't comment on the meals. However, breakfast was included with the room and was lively. Full choice of cereals etc, and choice of three cooked meals which initially seemed odd, but covered all bases (Full English, Vegetarian and a sweeter option) Very well cooked and tasty.

    Advertised as a Boutique hotel, but in a slightly odd area that didn't reflect where one might think such a hotel might be, however entirely suitable for our needs, so not really much if a drawback.
