The cottage is arranged over 3 levels and may not be suitable for the elderly or those with mobility issues Pets can be accommodated for an additional fee of GBP 35 per pet per stay. Please inform Saltwater Escapes in advance if you will be bringing any dogs. Oystercatcher's standard bed set-up is to accommodate up to 4 guests . Additional beds can be made available however for larger groups, including a sofa bed on the ground floor lounge suitable for one guest. Bespoke size built-in bunk-beds, recommended for children or adults under 5'6" due to room width restriction Bespoke sized optional trundle bed available upon request, size 4'11"Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Perfect for a stay in Brixham
Fantastic location for a stay in Brixham. Small flight of steps leads right to the harbour. Many lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Eventide, Rockfish and La Petit Maison (all within 10 minutes walk. Must go to the Manor pub just up the road. Full of locals, good beer and music. Easy access to the Southwest Coast Path. (Don’t believe the timings on the signposts, you’d need to be a really fast walker, and it’s hilly!)
No parking. Very tight to get a car near to the door for loading and unloading…but possible (just)! 10 minute walk to the long stay car park by the port. (Buy a 4/8 day ticket and get parking throughout the area) Prepare for seagull alarm call!

Charming property in a fantastic location
The location was fantastic, a stones throw from the harbour and attractions
Only gripe was the shared garden which could’ve been made clearer. No parking was also a bit of a pain

Lovely property close to harbour. Loved the cupboard full of games and activities which came in handy with our 3 children.
