Excellent location, lovely property, great host

Fantastic location, 10mins walk from esplanade. Great facilities in property, like a home from home. Lovely host, excellent communication and generously left us wine and beer as a welcome gift.

Overall the stay was nice, the location was perfect and host was really helpful provided loads of information.

The location is great and the rooms are surprisingly large considering the outside view. The kitchen and utility room are modern and having two bathrooms is really handy.

The property could do with a repaint it was a bit tiered looking in some places, definitely the hall ways and stairs. The carpet is also pulling away on the stairs. Also couldn’t hover as the one provided wasn’t great.

    Very convenient location

Excellent location.. Helpful owner via text...able to leave cases in hall before check in

Stair carpet was loose and gripper rod was uncovered in a couple of places..children had to take care.
