    Gazda m-a obligat să anulez rezervarea, motivând că locuința nu fusese curățată și că, din acest motiv, nu ne puteam caza. Booking mi-a retras deja banii de pe card, iar acum trebuie să aștept să văd dacă voi primi sau nu banii înapoi. Nu este normal să induci oamenii în eroare, să îi redirecționezi pe WhatsApp și să comunici acolo în loc să folosești platforma Booking. Dacă locuința dumneavoastră nu este disponibilă, atunci nu ar trebui să o listați pe Booking. O experiență groaznică. The host forced me to cancel the reservation, claiming that the accommodation had not been cleaned and therefore we could not stay there. Booking had already charged my bank card, and now I have to wait and see whether I will get my money back or not. People should not be misled, redirected to WhatsApp, and then communicate there instead of through the Booking platform. If your accommodation is not available, then you should not list it on Booking. Terrible experience. A szállásadó kényszerített, hogy mondjam le a szállást mert ő nem tudja. Arra hivatkozva, hogy nincs kitakarítva a szállás, így nem mehettünk oda. A bankkártyámról a booking levette a pénzt, most várnom kell, hogy visszautalják vagy sem a pénzt.
