Amazing staff who helped us get tickets for the express train and we were also lucky to be able to check-in early since the room was ready for us :) the room was really spacious and had enough room to spread our luggages on the floor

We wanted to ask if there were any coin laundry inside the building, but the staff wasn't always at the reception, so we weren't able to figure that out (there is a separate coin laundry just down the block). also at checkout we also didn't have anyone at the reception. we were still able to checkout on our own without issues tho!
