    The bathroom had a really bad smell like sewage and the hot tub was not clean

    Anniversary Stay Weekend

    The location too Zip World was great. The bed and pillows were really comfy Nice to have a separate sitting and bedroom area

    For £450 its a shame you don't provide any shampoo, conditioner or body wash as basic toiletries. It's also a shame that the balconies are so overlooked by every other guest, there is no privacy at all. You could have chosen to screen the balconies but instead they are glass fronted.
