  Convenient location near the station, quiet, clean and functional. Great for a one night stay over in Rome.

  The check in process was a bit frustrating. I am tech savvy but we still had difficulties. Also, I was sent a WhatsApp to check in weeks in advance even when I was on another holiday so it was a bit annoying to be bothered by the hotel so many times when it wasn't convenient for me - not to mention the fact that I thought it was spam! Getting in etc was fine on the day of arrival

  Comoda, limpia y bien ubicada

  Habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda. Lo necesario para poder descansar en una habitación agradable, cómoda y limpia. Teníamos dudas por la ubicación, por comentarios que habíamos leído acerca de la estación de Termini pero realmente la calle es muy tranquila, está muy cerca de Termini pero lo suficientemente lejos para no sentir esa dejadez o inseguridad que comentan. Muy cerca de otra parada de metro y de buses, buena conexión para ir a cualquier lado de la ciudad.

  La tapa del lavabo estaba algo rota. Se escuchaba bastante cuando entraba o salía alguien, pero por lo demás todo bien.

  A clean reasonably priced conveniently located place but some things need maintenance

  Since we arrived to Rome by train, the location was very convenient - less than 10 minutes walking from the station. The property was very clean.

  It were those little things that made the whole experience not great. There was an A/C, but it could barely lower the room temperature to 24 degrees no matter what you set it to. The lights and the fan in the bathroom would turn on/off by a motion sensor on the ceiling, and you have to make sure to move when sitting on the toilet not to find yourself suddenly dropped into the darkness (I understand the owner's desire to save every cent on electricity, but really, guys, it is overkill). A hair dryer was there, but you would need to kick or squeeze the switch to make sure it doesn't stop blowing. The rain shower was amazing, but the soap shelf won't hold in place and keep sliding down right onto the water control handle. Maintenance, maintenance, maintenance.
