Besonders gefreut haben uns bei unserer späten Ankunft die brennenden Kerzen und dass das Licht im Zimmer an war. Sehr gemütlich. Das sanft und mit Geschmack renovierte Zimmer war sehr behaglich. Das Frühstück war Wunder und toll angerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Einzig die Regendusche fanden wir nicht praktisch. Ich möchte nicht jedesmal die Haare waschen und das Wasser floss sehr spärlich.

I don't think I could recommend a hotel more! Despite only staying for one night, it was probably the highlight of our week-long holiday in Europe. The staff were wonderful, the apartment that we rented was breathtakingly beautiful and the hotel is situated right at the centre of Ærøskøbing. The breakfast was lovely, with staff cooking my son gluten free bread fresh when we mentioned his struggles with gluten. The courtyard was beautiful, and the restaurant offered lovely dinners and drinks. The open top beef sandwich was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this hotel more - particularly if you're staying in an apartment. We hope to come back for longer in the future!
