    Poor standard in a great location

    Hotel location near the river

    Old rooms, no elevator and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. In our room the refrigerator made noise all night like a tractor and it was impossible to sleep.

    L’hôtel est très bien situé au bord de l’eau. Très propre et il y a une laverie dans le bâtiment 3 2,5 dollars pour la lessive et idem pour le sèche linge. Nous sommes allés à pied voir la petite rue commerçante très mignonne de Crystal river. Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine mais attention elle n’est pas chauffée. Le petit déjeuné est top gaufre céréales œufs yaourts pdt saucisses jus de fruits café …bagels nous avons pris la sortie lamentins avec les personnes sur place 75 dollars par personne. Nous étions le premier bateau donc. Top

    Le bruit de la climatisation… Nous avons oublié une petite peluche Winnie Halloween et mon adaptateur français - j’ai téléphoné 2 fois dès le soir même et le lendemain matin et toujours aucune nouvelle 2 jours après sachant qu’on devait m’envoyer un lien d’un site internet et que j’ai aussi du répéter les informations donc ce n’est pas cool ma fille a perdu sa peluche son doudou :/ dites moi si vous la retrouvez merci
