    From a rather expensive and upscale hotel I had expected a better experience.

    The location.

    No parking lot. Unpleasant breakfast room. Breakfast not served at announced time. Overpriced bar. Room not cleaned despite request to do so. Had to call front desk for coffee that should have been brought automatically.
