Great location and very clean room, but poor communication, daily breakfast coupon hassles, and hot-water issues detract

    Amazing location. Very clean room.

Overview: Reception communications were poor. Breakfast: We were receiving some coupons (there are just piece of paper with our room number) for our breakfast. To get those you had to go each day and ask them from reception. Don't understand why we couldn't get all coupons in advance. Hot water issue: We had an issue with hot water. Instructions received from reception were not right. Communication was poor and not acceptable for a boutique hotel.

Great location near the town and very comfortable with great outdoor seating. Fabulous swimming at end of garden. Beautiful setting.

    Excellent experience

Lovely view. The team, especially Penny, were very helpful and made us welcome. Excellent experience

The view from the Vassiliki room is excellent. It's not a large room, but we had a lovely stay.
