  A pleasant stay!

  Page 10 Pattaya has always been on my list of hotels to stay at, it's just been slightly out of reach cost wise, until my recent trip, where we managed to get a great price for 23 nights. The check-in experience was great with very friendly and helpful staff. The room I was given initially had defective air-conditioning controls and was either on full or not at all. I requested a room change and the staff were very helpful and allowed me to change. The room was great and spacious. The shower had pretty decent power which was great. On the day of my birthday, the staff very kindly put a birthday cake in the fridge, which was very thoughtful. The rooftop pool area is a nice space to relax with a bar and food available. I'm unable to comment on the food, as I didn't have any at the hotel. I would stay again in the future if the price is right.

Tip Method: Place the tip on the bed or pillow daily so it goes to the attendant, rather than minibar staff.   Lovely Hotel

  Nice hotel, great location, staff are brilliant and friendly especially the breakfast staff. Only downsides, no drawers in the room, breakfast very limited.
