    Hayley and Paul were excellent hosts, they were down to earth, thank you we enjoyed our weekend.

    The breakfast was excellent and room was nice along with Hayle being attentative and giving information about the area. It was a 5 min walk to paignton and the bus station.

    Very clean and comfortable Ample parking - close to public travel Walking distance to sea front Very good food and wide choice - with prompt service

    Amazing staff and amazing location !

    The owners were lovely and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay, the location was really close to the seafront and the shops which was really handy, it was also around 5 mins away from the zoo. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom and shower was also spacious and has everything we wanted even a fan which was very handy. The breakfast was exceptional and extremely tasty. You had an option to choose things on the menu or you could have breakfast cereal and fruit which was a great variety. We will definitely be staying again.

    The only thing I would’ve changed about the whole experience was the beds and the shower device. The mattresses were quite hard and we woke up with a sore back and the shower end was full with black mould, but apart from those two things it was amazing !
