    Extremely comfortable place, well furnished, clean, great location

    Spacious comfortable bedrooms, everything you would need in rooms, quiet location yet still within walking distance to Paihia attractions

    Amenities provided were excellent

    Curtains were a little cheap, didn't meet abd no block out nets meant neighbour's could see in

    Really enjoyed it.

    Great location, close to playground as well for the children and of course the beach and the treaty grounds that we were there to go see.

    I would have liked a little portable heater (maybe I just couldn't find it if they had), the heating from the air conditioner was got bit too hot at night.
