Pursuant to the current regulations of the Legal Registry of Travelers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021, it will be mandatory to provide the National Identity Document or passport for registration with the National Police of Spain for all guests. It will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival through a link. In case of loss of the keys, it will be necessary to contact an emergency locksmith to replace the lock or to open it for you to access the property. Please note that the costs associated with this service, including the locksmith's fees, must be covered by the guest responsible for the loss.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
