    Perfect view and location

    The location was perfect for us. We arrived by train and the apartment was within walking distance. No bridges to go over with suitcases. We like walking, it was 15 minutes from St Mark's square or there was a ferry stop close by. Ferry stop for the airport is over one bridge. The entrance was down a little alleyway, so it was away from the crowds-instructions were ok to figure out. The view was perfect from our room window, although it isn't too noisy you do hear the 'traffic' on the canal. Huge room and wardrobe. Bathroom was a good size with a fab shower. There is a communal kitchen area which was nice.

    Curtains could be better to block out the light, they didn't cover the full windows properly. Although we didn't use the sofa bed, it wasn't comfortable sitting on.

    A well-located and well-equipped property with stunning Grand Canal views

    The location of the property is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station while being tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot. We loved strolling through the vibrant, colourful commercial streets on our way to all the major sightseeing attractions. The view from our window overlooking the Grand Canal was absolutely stunning. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the downstairs kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

    One minor issue was that there were quite a few mosquitoes on our first night. However, the staff responded promptly and kindly provided mosquito spray and repellents, which we appreciated. To keep the mosquitoes out, we had to keep the bathroom windows closed, and since there is no exhaust fan, the bathroom felt a little musty due to limited ventilation.

    Ok

    The property is very close to the train station so it’s easy to get to carrying luggage

    When we arrived at 3 to check in it was all done digitally . As we opened the door it was dirty and had not been cleaned. It took until 7 to get in the room.
