El entorno.El bosque es mágico y el desayuno es vastabte completo,el comedor es espectacular
Las habitaciones no están bien acondicionadas,hacia fresco por la noche y nos tuvimos que echar mantas.No había un termostato para regularla desde la habitación El tema de climatizacion para un hotel de 5 estrellas deja bastante que desear. Las copas eran excasas,muebles demasiado viejos en el comedor. Cortinas en habitaciones muy viejas.

The Palace itself its big wow. The all receptionist were very nice and me and my daughter had a big welcome and we got a lot of information about castle. Breakfast was good, dinner was good.
Some of the waiters in the restaurant are not for there! Some of them are not polite.... The rooms need to be renovated that's for sure.
