Nice place for couples
Host is great. Helped us with street parking and communicated very well how to find the place. The apartment is located right in the heart of the palace. Perfect location

The location is great, the room was nice and spacious. Also the host was very helpful with every information that we needed.
Let's just say that I would have appreciated not seeing the bathroom from the room :)

Comfortable stay in a beautiful surroundings.
The location is amazing, the bathroom and the bed really good and we had a good night sleep after a long journey and a hot day. Everything well organised and the host Luca very helpful.
A bit difficult to find and some steps up to the rooms for those that have walking difficulties but the host was very helpful with the luggage.

Stanza di design e comfort
La stanza ha una posizione davvero eccezionale, si trova nel cuore del centro storico e a pochi passi dalla porta Aurea, da dove partono la maggior parte dei tour guidati. È stato difficile trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze, per cui abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare un po' distante. L'host è stato molto accogliente. Ci ha dato perfettamente tutte le indicazioni per il check in e il parcheggio ed ha dato piena disponibilità per lasciare le valigie dopo il check out. La stanza è dotata di bollitore e tazze, ma mancano dei piattini. La stanza è spaziosa e accogliente e il letto molto comodo.
Le luci sono mal disposte e il bagno non garantisce una adeguata privacy. La stanza è al secondo piano senza ascensore

We did not stay the second night
Only location
The room wasn’t clean. Facilities mentioned on booking.com were not provided eg iron, coffee machine, stovetop. Extremely narrow stairs so was very difficult to navigate with suitcases. A big health hazard
