    Nähe zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof Sao Bento. Angenehm grosszügig.

    Ab 10 Uhr morgens bis 19 Uhr wird man vom Urban Market mit lauter Musik beschallt. Nachts hörte man deutlich die lauten Klimaanlagen aus den Nachbarhäusern. Verwunderlich ist, dass die schon von anderen Reisenden mehrfach erwähnten Mängel im Badezimmer (im Waschbecken läuft das Wasser nicht ab, der Toilettendeckel ist eigentlich nicht benutzbar) nicht behoben werden.

    We had no hot water, cold shower the first say, no instructions on how to heat the water, plumbing crew had to be called out.

    Location

    The bathroom sink didn’t drain, shower needs to be changed. The clamp that holds shower handle and hose was broken, so I had to hold shower mechanism in my hand while showering
