    The worst hotel we have ever stayed !!!

    Wasn’t clean at all ! When we arrived the sheets were used ! Were not clean were used !!!!!! We contacted the person in charge a lady she said us sorry about that and they changed them Then the room hasn’t refrigerator except something like a toy for the children During the night the noise is unbelievable due to the age of the property and to bad maintenance!!! You can hear everything even the flush from the toilet! The next day told us that the housekeeping take care only the hours between 14.00 -17.00 when somebody want to get rest ! They didn’t have room service the reception doesn’t answer never !!!! We forced to leave 2 days earlier we said everything to Booking over the phone and by written complaint but till now also from booking there is no response or proper action!!!!!

    Location was great.

    The cleaning staff was terrible!!! They did not clean the room properly. They NEVER once cleaned the bedroom floor. And this is despite telling the reception that we want the floor cleaned and the sheets changed.
