    Divino ! Caro mas um passeio histórico em Cusco

    O hotel é lindíssimo e o atendimento dentro é um primor! Tudo impecável ! Mimos no quarto, conforto tudo ! Mas, por ser um palácio e ter esse diferencial o q é incrível lindo, impacta um pouco nos quartos. Eles são lindos, elegantes e tem vários tipos mas dos formatos mais de antigamente.

    O banheiro achei bem ruim molhei o chão todo pra tomar banho, lavar o cabelo foi caótico, secador tb achei fraco . Achei tb mto caro para a entrega versus outros similares

    Great first introduction to Peru

    The atmosphere, classes and breakfast were all top notch. I don't think you could have had a better location either. A magical experience all around!

    Very Royal n Beautiful Stay

    A very Royal Hotel, very beautifully designed. Very professional Staff, Top Location right in the heart of Cusco old city. Amazing n endless Buffet for Breakfast.

    Had to pay a lot for swimming. Also although our booking said Breakfast included for our 2 Nights stay, their sytem showed breakfast for only one morning. But they just offered us later. Still confused, how can their system show different than booking.com

    Uncomfortable pillows and didn’t appreciate the early morning wake up call when I wasn’t going anywhere
