    Belle expérience malgré un petit déjeuner décevant pour le prix du séjour

    J'ai reçu un très bel accueil. Le personnel était charmants et serviables. La chambre était confortable, propre et lumineuse.

    Le petit déjeuner était vraiment minim. Œufs brouillés et un pain toasté. je ne sais pas si c'est le même choix chaque jour mais je trouve dommage qu'ils n'y ait pas des fruits ou autres produits.

    I enjoyed my stay in Palau because of the staff at the hotel.

    The front desk staff were extremely efficient and proactive. Eleen was so helpful. She arranged for my tours in Palau. Any issues that came, she resolved them. She accommodated all my requests. Yassa was also very helpful. Between Eleen and Yassa, who were there during the day time, I had all the support I needed.

    Any issues that came up were promptly resolved.
