Really enjoyed the stay however payment issue concerns

Really liked the facilities and were aware of breakfast not being included and that must be prebooked if required the day prior. The restaurant was actually really enjoyable. I wouldn't say has the best "bar" atmosphere but for good food and for a decent price it was great.

The surprise of the credit card charges almost a month after our stay. Firstly seeing pending charges a few days before arriving beforehand in Japanese yen, even though it said the accommodation to be charged directly by hotel stay directly. That's fine. But then almost a month later I see I was charged additional of around usd $40 than originally expected with the updated charge noted on the booking or any contact made by the hotel of extra charges.

Tropical estate a bit away from the main hustle

Seemed very authentic, lovely staff, nice with a pool to cool down, beautiful “tropical” palm view from the balcony

Facilities seemed a bit outdated, aircon was very noisy, beds a bit hard
