    The location

I woke up at 4:00 AM because of a loud noise coming from one of the hotel’s appliances. I’m not sure whether it was the air-conditioning unit or the refrigerator, but the noise was loud enough to disturb my sleep. There was also a lack of communication regarding breakfast. We were not informed that breakfast would be served as a plated meal instead of a buffet. Additionally, there was an unpleasant and unusual smell in the breakfast area. Overall, the hotel does not feel clean or well-maintained. You can smell mold and dust, even inside the elevator, which is quite concerning. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay, and the hotel needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and communication with guests.
